Sales conditions

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract that can be exercised within 10 working days of receiving the purchased goods, in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 of the Decree Law n. 185/99. The Customer must send to Quattro Stagioni s.n.c an e-mail to the address for the authorization to made.

To request the replacement of the garments, the Customer must click on the Return icon that appears in his personal profile, in the appropriate section 'MY ORDERS', and follow the instructions or send an e-mail to the address info @ quattro-

The Customer must return, at his / her own expense, risk and expenses, to the address indicated above, the Products purchased, intact and complete (including the original packaging), no later than 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the Products purchased. For the sole purpose of the expiry of the aforementioned term of 10 (ten) working days.

- Conditions:

  • The shipping costs for the return of the garments are generally FREE in Italy, except in the periods when the goods are on sale.
  • Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by QUATTRO STAGIONI SNC., It is required to follow the same instructions above. QUATTRO STAGIONI SNC reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to their premises.
  • Swimwear and underwear (Bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tested on their personal underwear. The returns of these items will be refused and returned to the Customer in the event that the transparent label of hygienic protection has been removed, or in case the items show signs of use.
  • All returned items are inspected and must comply with all the parameters listed in the return procedure. QUATTRO STAGIONI SNC reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided by our returns policy.

 If the Customer requests a refund from QUATTRO-STAGIONI.IT, the same will happen by crediting the credit card of the Customer (if the same has paid with the Credit Card) or Pay Pal credit (if the Customer has paid via Pay Pal ) or bank transfer (if the Customer has paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery). The crediting may be visible on the Customer's credit card statement or bank account after approximately 30 days from the date of reimbursement.

  • For packages sent back from countries outside the European Community, compensation for the return will be limited to reimbursement only or to the issue of a purchase voucher and the return and postage costs will be charged to the Customer. It is not possible to change the returned product with a different item, make a change in size or color. Should the customer be interested in making a size / color change, he will have to order from scratch.
  • In all cases in which the withdrawal is not legitimately and validly exercised by the Customer, QUATTRO STAGIONI SNC will return the Product to the Customer, at the risk and expense of the latter. In the event that the returned Products are damaged during transport for the return to FOUR SEASONS SNC the customer will be informed of the damage detected within the second working day from receipt of the Products, in order to allow the customer to inform the shipper in turn its own reasons against the latter and, at the same time, return to the Customer the Products damaged during transport, at the risk and expense of the Customer. In case the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation (Legislative Decree n. 185/99), QUATTRO STAGGIONI SNC will refund the amounts paid by the customer. The reimbursement will take place free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which QUATTRO STAGIONI SNC became aware of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
