How to Buy
On our home page and menus, you will find links to products and categories. You'll also find explanations on how to order, how will you pay for, as you will be delivered the goods, as you can eventually exchange or refund.
During the completion of the order, you will be requested to input personal information necessary for the delivery of products and you will be required to register with the Four Seasons by entering your email and choose a password for your future access. Your personal information will be treated according to current legislation and strictly within the limits of the information you read and accept at the time of registration.
The shop Four Seasons can not process orders placed by customers who do not accept the treatment of personal data. No data related to your credit card will be retained or registered by Four Seasons. For more information on the safety of payment please visit the "Payments".
Previous orders and orders in progress
Once you have placed an order with the Four Seasons, you can verify all the information of your order by following the link "Your Orders" after logging in with your email and password that you selected upon registration. Terms of sale
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to cancel the contract exercisable within 10 working days of receipt of goods purchased in accordance with the provisions of art. 5 of the Decree Law no. 185/99. The customer must send to Four Seasons snc an e-mail to the authorization to firstname.lastname@example.org made.
In the notice of withdrawal, the customer must always indicate the purchase order number and the identification code of the Products. The restitution must be carried out with SDA using the pre-printed return form contained in the pack order. The withdrawal can be booked through the Call SDA. The customer must return, at his own risk and expense, at the above address, the purchased items intact and complete (including the original packaging), no later than ten (10) working days from receipt of the Products purchased. For the sole purpose of the expiry of the said period of ten (10) working days, the products are considered returned when they were delivered to the shipper or the post office. The withdrawal is exercised for the entire product purchased and can not therefore be operated in relation to only part of the goods ordered.

Each item must be returned with all labels, packaging and accessories received along with the order. All of our sales outside the Italian market are to be considered in the formula Ex Works and DDU (expenses and duties paid by the recipient) even if shipped pre-paid.
FOUR SEASONS SNC reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by courier services other than SDA. The acceptance of such returns, however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
In all cases in which the withdrawal is not showing legitimately and validly exercised by the customer, FOUR SEASONS SNC will return the product to the customer, at the risk and expense.
